Training courses

Excellent qualifications are the basis for optimal quality

Quality management can only be successful company-wide if all employees have a basic understanding of this topic. In order for quality assurance in your company to be possible at all hierarchical levels, employee training is essential. This is the only way to create a proactive commitment to quality and generate a high-quality product.

In small groups and short training units (3 to 4 hours), participants learn the most important aspects of the respective topics. Of course, all seminars can be adapted to your individual circumstances such as the level of knowledge of the employees or special questions.

An investment in QM knowledge pays off threefold: for you, your employees and your customers. So the money that you invest in such training is well spent.

I offer the following training courses

  • QM basics: What exactly is quality - and how is it precisely defined? This training course conveys basic knowledge about the term quality and sensitizes the participants to the benefits of a well-functioning QM system. It provides an overview of the various QM systems and the basic requirements of ISO 9001.
  • QM tools and methods: High quality can only be achieved with the use of the appropriate tools. As part of the training course, the participants will be provided with an overview of the available methods and their areas of application and purposes. The first use of the QM tools is practiced in group work.
  • 8-D reports: Correct handling of complaints contributes significantly to the successful relationship between customer and company. This training course provides the participants with the tools to produce a professional 8-D report. Fundamental to consider the different perspectives: the customer perspective (feedback, reliable troubleshooting), employee perspective (time and effort, form filling problems) and entrepreneur perspective (costs)
  • 5-S Audits: This system for workplace optimization, which comes from Asia, aims to organize and maintain workplaces, systems and processes in five steps. • IMS - Integrated Management Systems: The IMS approach considers the requirements of various management systems (such as quality, environment, occupational safety, energy, ...) as a coherent whole. If all individual requirements are reflected. in one system, you can save costs - especially if the systems are also to be certified - and achieve acceptance. You will learn how to do this in this training course.
  • Project management basics: With many requirements or change processes, the real challenge lies in the details. It is therefore advisable to plan and implement single issues just as professionally as a complex project. This seminar conveys / informs participants which aspects, in addition to specific objectives and time and cost planning, have to be taken into account. It not only provides information about different project types, requirements and tools, but also on topics such as teamwork, motivation and dealing with risks and difficulties.

Of course, further, individual appointments, other locations as well as specific contents are possible by arrangement.
