Actually everything it’s all very simple: If internal processes are optimally balanced, your company can deliver high quality products. This, in turn, ensures satisfied customers and thus a lasting bond with your company.

But reality shows that not everything always runs optimally: Sometimes it is sufficient to adjust a few screws; sometimes systems have to be fundamentally rethought and changed. This is where I can support your company - from analysis and evaluation to the development and implementation of new strategies.

Audits, certifications and other business-relevant areas also fall under the keyword quality management.

Fulfilling the function of quality management representative (QMR), also as a short-term interim manager
